  • Flexible term option choice term life insurance offers you flexible term options. You have insurance coverage for a specified period of time. Based on your individual or business needs, you can choose protection for:
    • 10 years
    • 15 years
    • 20 years
    • 30 years
    Term insurance can provide larger amounts of insurance at lower premiums than premanent life insurance. In addition, based on your use or non-use of tobacco products, lower insurance rates may be available if you meet certain requirements.
  • Premium Plan Options your premium payments remain the same for the specified time period you select. Beyond that, premiums increase annually to age 100. You can choose from two premium payment plans.
    • Guaranteed Premium Plan - The premium scale is guaranteed when a policy is issued and will never change.
    • Value Premium Plan - The current premiums are lower than the Guaranteed Premium Plan, but are not guaranteed.
  • Financial Protection for Others - If your death occurs during the coverage period, individuals you specify, known as beneficiaries, will receive benefits from the policy either as a lump sum or through flexible, guaranteed2 income payment options.
  • Credit for converting a Policy - A conversion credit may be available if you convert your term policy to a permanent life insurance policy1. You may convert your term policy without a medical review.
  • Optional Protection - You may enhance by adding the following features, known as riders, to your term policy for an additional cost.
    • Children's Term Life Insurance - Provides term life insurance for each of your qualifying children, age 7 days to 23 years.
    • Guaranteed Re-entry - After the coverage period you select comes to an end, you can purchase a new term life insurance policy without a medical review.
    • Waiver of Premium - If you experience a total disability that continues for 90 consecutive days, premiums will be waived for the duration of that disability. Unless benefits are being paid under this rider, this protection ceases on the policy anniversary of the year you turn age 65.
    • Living Benefit3 - If the insured is diagnosed with a qualifying terminal illness, the policy owner can receive money by utilizing a portion of the policy's death benefit. This rider is provided at no additional cost.
