The staff at RateFisher was so helpful. I knew what I could afford when it came to my insurance but I didn't really know what I needed. My agent was able to help me choose what I need without wearing me out with too much information. Also with their close proximity to my office in West Des Moines I was able to do everything with an e-mail followed by a quick stop by their office over lunch.

Brad has my back! I recently switched over to Farm Bureau after getting out of college and off my parent's insurance. I met Brad through a mutual friend and signed up right away. What I was the most impressed with was the way I was treated. Brad went through all of my coverages in detail and made sure all of my possessions would be taken care of if something were to happen. Well, I had some damage down to my home and car one weekend when a nasty storm hit. I called Brad and he was at my house on a Sunday afternoon to take a look at what happened. I talked to my neighbor and he called his insurance agent who told him he would call him next week since it was a weekend. I had a check in my hands before my neighbor's claims guy even went out to look at his house.

Best Insurance Agent in Des Moines Metro! Brad Phillips is the best Insurance Agent that I have ever dealt with in my life! I have called him with questions at night and on weekends and he always takes time to listen to my questions and promptly respond the CORRECT answer. He is a great guy to work with and since insurance is necessary why not deal with someone who is going to look out for you and is always available. I know that if I have a crisis then Brad will definitely have my back!
